Arrival & Departure
- The holiday accommodation will be available to you at 3 p.m. on the arrival day.
- On the day of departure, you are asked to vacate the vacation home by 10 a.m.
Booking/cancellation
- Book directly from our homepage by clicking the booking button. At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required, which can be paid by credit card. In the event of cancellation, the entire deposit will be retained.
- The same conditions apply if you book by mail or phone.

- You must enter your name, surname, arrival and departure dates, and email address. We will send you a reservation confirmation as soon as the deposit is received on our bank account.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Alternatively, you can pay the entire amount by credit card or bank transfer in advance.
- If you cancel 31 days before your arrival, your deposit will be held, but there will be no additional cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in a 75% charge of the total reservation amount.
- In the event of non-appearance or premature departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments or any other enclosed area from the Halbwöhrerhof.
Pets are not permitted.
Covid-19 restrictions/information: Each apartment has its own entrance. Unwanted interaction with other guests is thus avoided.
