The Halbwöhrerhof grew out of one simple question: how do we actually want to spend our own holidays? The answer: sleep in until the coffee calls. Breakfast at eleven, summit at three – or the other way round. Anything goes, nothing has to: no alarm clock, no mealtimes, nobody who wants anything from you. Just that rare feeling that the day is entirely yours again.
