Send an enquiry or book directly online – we confirm bindingly as soon as the 30 % deposit has arrived (credit card or bank transfer). After that the apartment is yours, a promise is a promise. Prices are per apartment for 4 people per night incl. VAT; each additional person pays a small surcharge.

Nice and relaxed on site, at the latest on departure – by credit card or debit card. If you'd rather settle up straight away, simply transfer the full amount in advance.

It happens, life doesn't check with us first. Up to 31 days before arrival we only keep the deposit – nothing else is due. Within 30 days, 75 % of the total becomes due; for no-shows or early departure, 100 % of the unused days.

Check-in from 3 pm on the day of arrival, check-out by 10 am on the day of departure – in between we make the apartment as lovely as you found it.

Easily. Take the train to Bruneck or Olang, then the bus to Antholz Obertal as far as the "Steinzger" stop – from there it's a three-minute walk. We'll pick you up if you like. And with the included Südtirol Guest Pass you ride buses and trains across the whole region for free.

Yes, both. There's an EV charging station in the car park, and the e-bikes charge in the access-controlled storage room. That's also where the ski depot with the ski-boot dryer lives: warm boots in the morning, you can thank us later.

Right at the house, free of charge. No car-park Tetris, no ticket machine – arrive, park, done.

Pretty much everything a home needs: a fully equipped kitchen complete with salt, pepper, vinegar, oil and sugar, a private bathroom for every bedroom, towels, bathrobes and bed linen, satellite TV, safe, Wi-Fi, ski locker with boot dryer, bike room, parking, the Südtirol Guest Pass for public transport – and the final cleaning, of course.

Apartment Wiese and Chalet Dolomites sweat in private. Apartment Rieserferner has no sauna of its own – but it does have the upholstered bay-window seat with panoramic views, which is a kind of therapy too.

We're not a breakfast place – but you can order a fresh breakfast basket every day (for a surcharge). A welcome package is waiting for you when you arrive.

On request, for a surcharge: a change of bed linen and towels, plus a mid-stay clean. Just give us a quick heads-up – we won't touch your things uninvited.

No, dogs and other pets unfortunately have to stay at home. And there's no smoking anywhere at the Halbwöhrerhof either – the mountain air is better anyway.
